We know that you depend on your lab to deliver excellence on a consistent basis. Our founder, the late Nathan Ancer, impressed upon his staff: "Never take shortcuts." Victor Ancer, who has led Ancer Dental Lab for the last 25 years, shares his father's obsession with quality and recounts another of Nathan's mantras: "If it's not good enough for your own mouth, we won't send it out."

Ancer Dental Lab has the distinction of being the first dental lab in the United States to employ Asami Tanaka, the world renowned ceramist and technologist. Dr. Tanaka worked with Ancer Dental Lab for three years building the ceramics department and imparting his leading-edge knowledge and attention to detail throughout the organization. Today Ancer Dental Lab still utilizes principles shared by Dr. Tanaka to drive the highest level of craftsmanship and service and we continue to attract some of the top technical talent from Japan.

We also work hand in hand with many University of Illinois post graduates and faculty to facilitate their fabrication of complex prosthodontic restorations.
